In India or in any country it's a will required in the people of Country. Only it's possible then only which is very tough as it's exist in any other way.
To end up corruption the mindset is required, when there will be a change in mindset it will stop or will be very low.
The question is how mindset will come - It can come only when you get your required things without any interruption of any. Such as quality education, medical facilities, Employment,transparent system and governance… Etc if these things people get then they can develop their mindset not to be corrupt. People think to solve all their problems as soon as and become reach as soon as possible. So they(most of people) want to do anything to get this done ASAP, from where corruption gets start.
People are in problem financially then think to get a loan, where in Banks they have to pay the clerk and staffs, taking agricultural loan but staffs rigid to get a particular amount then only they will pass the loan, So the problem starts here..some are not eligible but they know after giving bribe they can get loan passed. This type of corruption starts it's an example which is lying in every field/Departments.
So, to remove 100% starting from top to bottom a mindset is required.
